Once your account has been activated you will receive an email containing download links for the mobile app as well as your login credentials. The email will look like the one below.
Once you have opened the email you will need to download the app, you can either do this by the link provided in the email or by going directly to the App Store or the Google Play Store and downloading CallSwitch Communicator 6. Image below of what you should see.
Once the app has downloaded please open it and enter the login credentials provided in the email you received.
After logging in for the first time you will need to change your password. The new password will require at least one upper case and lower case letter as well as a number and a special character such as ! or ?.
After successfully changing your password there are several permissions you will need to accept in order for the app to work. They are detailed below.
Now that the permissions have been allowed, you will be greeted with the following dial pad screen and CallSwitch Communicator is now ready to be used.
